What sizes do they come in?

Sizes vary for each piece of equipment that we manufacture. You can find the product dimensions and specifications on each individual product page and in the downloadable brochures. If it seems as though our standard sizes aren’t suitable for your client, we can look into manufacturing a bespoke size for you, just contact us with your requirements.

What size apertures do we do?

As standard, aperture is available in Small (5” x 6”), Medium (5” x 8”) and Large (5” x 9.4”). If you require an aperture in a different size, please contact us to discuss your requirements further.

What colours do we offer?

As standard, our stainless steel cradle/chair frames are powder coated in white and base frames/transporters are powder coated in blue, the mesh fabric covering is also blue.

If you wish steel frames to be powder coated in a different colour please contact us to enquire further. Please note the mesh fabric colour cannot be changed.

Do we offer a bespoke service?

Yes, we do offer a bespoke service. If it seems as though the piece of equipment you require isn’t the right size, just contact us with your requirement and we can look into the best bespoke option available for you.

Can we deliver?

Yes, we can deliver our products to mainland UK. Carriage prices vary depending on the order.

Do we offer a cash sale service?

We offer both cash and credit accounts, so you can either pay as you go or receive an invoice payable up to 30 days.

Can members of the public purchase from Orchid Medicare?

We work exclusively with Occupational Therapists and distributors up and down the UK. If you are a member of the public interested in purchasing an Orchid Medicare product, depending on your postcode we can refer you to one of our trusted trade partners.

Can you purchase spare parts?

We offer spare battery parts for our electronic pieces of equipment. Various accessories and replacement mesh are available for purchase.

Do we hold stock?

All pieces of equipment are made to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Bespoke sizes have a lead time of 6-8 weeks.
